February 15, 2001 | General
In that position, she had responsibility for a centralized advising center which serves more than 6,000 undecided and pre-professional students. She has worked closely with academic departments across campus.
Dr. Darling has been particularly interested in and dedicated to first generation students and others who are at risk of academic failure in a large university environment, Dickey said. Dr. Darling holds an Ed.D and M.S. in Educational Psychology from the University of Tennessee and a Bachelor of Music degree from Westminster College in Princeton, N.J.
