University of Tennessee Athletics

The University of Tennessee athletic facilities are unique presentations of the Volunteer athletic tradition. These areas go beyond game day, as many have found them to give their guests a distinctive experience for banquets, receptions, and parties.
Welcome and thank you for your interest in renting one of our premium areas inside of Neyland Stadium and other Athletics Facilities for your upcoming event!



TRANSCARD PREMIER CLUB:
The NEW Transcard Premier Club is located field level of Neyland Stadium underneath sections S-V. This large open space includes large farmhouse tables and picnic style tables.
The room set-up holds 250 people reception style and has the ability to host 100-150 for a seated gathering. Maximum capacity of this space is 300 people. Available only December - August.
LAURICELLA CENTER:
The Lauricella Center is located on the field level of Neyland Stadium and features a gorgeous view of Shield-Watkins field. On football game days, the Lauricella Center is used for the Tennessee Letter Winners. Guests will have access to a patio for photo opportunities, by request only.
Room set-up holds 150 people with 16-20 60" round tables with 6 chairs per table. For reception style events, Lauricella's capacity is 200 people. The tables/chairs in this space can not be moved or relocated and must remain in place.


TENNESSEE TERRACE:
Located along the west upper deck, the Tennessee Terrace is an indoor concourse that can be transformed into a large gathering and event space with a panoramic view of the University of Tennessee campus. This space includes a built-in sound system, drink rails, private restrooms and access to stadium seating. Note: This space does not contain any tables, chairs or furniture.
WEST CLUB:
Located above Tennessee’s sideline, The West Club features a bird’s eye view of Neyland Stadium, Shield-Watkins Field and UT’s campus. This climate-controlled space includes (9) low top bistro tables with (4) chairs at each, (30) football high-top tables with (4) barstools at each, built-in sound system, access to exterior covered seats, 10+ TV’s with HDMI hook-up capabilities, private restrooms and patio that overlooks Peyton Manning Pass.


WOLF KAPLAN CENTER:
The Wolf-Kaplan Center is located on the field level of Neyland Stadium in between the Tennessee Football locker room and the Media Center. This space is equipped with a built-in sound system and microphone by request.
Room set-up seats around 225 people with 22-25 72" round tables with 8 chairs per table. For reception style events, Wolf Kaplan’s capacity is 250 people. The tables/chairs in this space cannot be moved or relocated and must remain in place.
UNIVERSITY SUITE:
As one of the most exclusive spaces on gameday, the recently refreshed University Suite has unique design and branding elements, along with a view of both Shield-Watkins Field and UT’s campus, that set it apart from other skybox common areas. The space includes a combination of high and low-top tables, soft seating options, access to the University Suite seating area and private restrooms.

Who do we contact to set up a rental?
Please fill out the request form on the rental page above, or email us directly at premiumevents@utk.edu for premium special event rentals or at athleticsevents@utk.edu for athletics events or tournaments.
Is alcohol permitted in the rental facilities?
Alcohol is permitted in all of our premium event spaces. Alcohol must be served by a licensed bartender. For events with more than 150 guests, UTPD presence is required.
Do you provide the alcohol?
No, you must provide your own alcohol. However, please note that alcohol is not allowed in all of our spaces.
Do you provide catering and linens?
Please contact our team who can help guide you through catering and setup recommendations.
Does set-up and clean-up fall within the 3 hour rental?
No, you will be given an hour and a half prior to the 3 hour rental time frame for set-up, and one hour afterwards for clean up.
Can we move the furniture in your facilities?
No, the furniture in East/West Clubs, Lauricella Center, Wolf-Kaplan, and Ray Mears can NOT be moved. If the furniture needs to be moved in any of our other spaces, please let our office know before the event date and we will have it moved for you. During football season, the furniture in all of our premium spaces cannot be moved.
