Sara Gray Kramer has joined the University of Tennessee as the assistant ticket director for men's and women's athletics.
Kramer, who brings six years of athletics experience to her role, will be responsible for overseeing women's basketball ticketing, customer service and all daily ticket office operations.

Kramer's duties at CMU entailed working with the game-day ticket operations, financial reporting for ticketed athletic events, season ticket renewals and donor development and benefits.
Before beginning her career in athletics, Kramer spent nine years with Manufacturers Life Insurance Company in Atlanta, Ga., two years with Spiva/Hill Management Company in Nashville, six years with Boult, Cummings, Connors and Berry in Nashville and three years with Third National Bank in Nashville.
"We are thrilled that Sara Gray has joined our team," Assistant Athletic Director for Ticketing Chris Besanceney said. "Her knowledge and experience will be beneficial for us here at Tennessee."
Kramer received her degree in office administration from Central Michigan University in 1979.
