You may use the link below to track season football ticket orders with your ticket office account number.
If you need assistance looking up your ticket office account number, please call 865-656-1200, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 6:00 pm.
Simply enter your Ticket Office account number, click "track this package."
Season Tickets will begin shipping around August 2nd via UPS, and will require a signature for delivery. UPS will attempt delivery three times before returning tickets to the Ticket Office.
**All season ticket orders with a Will Call designation will be ready for pick-up on Monday, August 8.
**All "away game" orders will be shipped during the week of August 15th, separate from season tickets.
