The University of Tennessee football season tickets will be shipped via UPS this weekend. The UPS tracking system will be available on this page beginning Monday, August 8. The first delivery attempt for most customers will occur Tuesday, August 9.
Each customer with a valid email address will receive an email containing their UPS tracking number this weekend.
All questions regarding your UT season tickets should be directed to the UT Ticket Office at the address below.
Will Call tickets will be ready for pick up on Monday, August 8.
Away game tickets will be shipped or ready for pick up at the UT Ticket Office beginning Wednesday, August 17.

Some of you have received the following message when trying to track your tickets:
"The Receiver requested a hold for future delivery date. UPS will attempt delivery on date requested; delivery rescheduled"
We are aware that you did not request a future delivery and agree that this can be a confusing message. We have been informed by UPS that this is a standard message they use to indicate that a package is in their system and waiting to be delivered.
We apologize for your inconvenience and appreciate your patience as UPS attempts to make a safe and secure delivery of your season tickets. UPS delivers to 4,700 addresses in the West Knoxville area alone.
