Hall Earns Freshman All-American Honors

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. -- Tennessee freshman tackle Chance Hall has been named a Freshman All-American by the Sporting News. Hall started the final six games in helping the Vols to their 5-game win streak with a potent offense.
Hall was also named to the SEC All-Freshman Team earlier this month. He appeared in nine games at right tackle in 2015 and started each of the final six games. He helped anchor an Tennessee rushing offense that recorded 2,682 rushing yards on the season, the most for the program since 1989. In all, the UT offensive line produced eight games of 200-plus rushing yards, including two 300-plus efforts against Bowling Green and Vanderbilt. Hall burst onto the scene in the Vols' thrilling comeback victory over #19 Georgia when he saw significant time at the right tackle position and did not allow a sack en route to helping Tennessee to 519 yards of total offense.
