TRAFFIC ADVISORY: NCAA Softball Regionals

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. -- The University of Tennessee asks that all fans planning on attending this weekend’s NCAA Softball Regional at Sherri Parker Lee Stadium please review the traffic advisory for Friday and Sunday listed below.
Friday, May 20
On Friday, the Rev3 Glow Run is slated to being at approximately 8:30 p.m. on Neyland Dr. The race will start at parking lot C-15 across from the Tennessee Rowing boathouse. It is an out and back course that will take up the east bound lanes of Neyland Dr.
All lanes should be open again by 9:30 p.m., however, any teams or fans leaving games will be forced west on Neyland Dr. from Joan Cronan Way. An officer will be posted at the intersection of Neyland Dr. and Joan Cronan Way during the run to direct traffic.
Sunday, May 22
On Sunday, the Rev3 Triathlon will be taking place throughout the morning and afternoon. Please view the timeline of events and road closures below.
5:00 a.m. - Complete closure of Neyland Dr. between Walnut St. and Lake Loudoun Blvd.
2:00 p.m. - Both east bound lanes and one west bound lane of Neyland Dr. between Walnut St. and Lake Loudoun Blvd. will re-open.
One west bound lane of Neyland Dr. between parking lot C-15 and Joe Johnson Dr. will be closed until 4:30 p.m.
The only access to Joan Cronan Way before 2:00 p.m. will be by Neyland Dr. east bound from Alcoa Highway or Kingston Pike, or coming from Lake Loudoun Blvd. west on Neyland Dr. An officer will be posted at Joan Cronan Way to assist from 6:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
