Day One of NCAA Softball Regional Postponed

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. -- Day one of the NCAA Softball Knoxville Regional has been postponed due to rain and dangerous field conditions.
Play was postponed at 5:25 p.m. during the bottom of the third inning in Game 1 of the day between Ohio State and Arizona. That game will be restart first thing tomorrow when play resumes at 10 a.m.
Tennessee’s opening game of the weekend against Marist is schedule to begin at 12 p.m.
Gates will open before the first game tomorrow at 9 a.m. The complete schedule for the remainder of the weekend is listed below.

Ticket Information
Tomorrow’s games will be broken into two separate sessions. Session 1 will include Games 1 and 2 (see schedule above). All tickets purchased for both games that were originally schedule for Friday night WILL BE VALID FOR SESSION 1 ONLY. Following Session 1, FANS WILL HAVE TO CLEAR THE STANDS in order for fans who have purchased tickets for Session 2 (see schedule above) to be allowed in. All tickets purchased for games originally scheduled for Saturday WILL BE VALID FOR SESSION 2.
TV/Radio Info
There will be no television coverage or online stream for the first game of the day tomorrow between Ohio State and Arizona. Television and streaming coverage for the remainder of the weekend will be determined at a later time. All of Tennessee’s games for the rest of the weekend will be available to listen to live on WNML (FM 99.1 / AM 990).
