UT Alumni Association Set For Big Orange Tailgate Tour's Second Season

Vol fans, friends and alumni of the University of Tennessee are invited to join the Tennessee National Alumni Association at each away football game for the second season of the "Big Orange Tailgate Tour."
The tour stops include two in Florida (Sept. 20 vs. Florida, Nov. 8 vs. Miami), two in Alabama (Oct. 4 vs. Auburn, Oct. 25 vs. Alabama) and one in Kentucky (Nov. 29 vs. Kentucky). Future stops will be added for postseason games.
Each pregame event begins 3? hours before kickoff and is conveniently located to the stadiums at each away contest. The Gainesville, Fla., location for Saturday's UT-Florida game is the downtown plaza area off University Ave., with a start time of 8:30 a.m.
There will be tailgate-style food along with plenty of Rocky Top and fun for the entire family. Held over for a second season is the "Rocky Top Sing-Off," with prizes given to the best rendition at each tour stop. A grand prize will be awarded at season's end.
In addition, participants can look forward to playing games, listening to the UT Pride of the Southland Band, cheerleaders and appearances by Smokey. UT merchandise and spirit buttons will be available as well as door prize drawings throughout the event.
All participants who pre-register for a tailgate tour stop automatically will be entered into a drawing for two postseason bowl tickets. The drawing will occur at the end of the season.
