Heather
Ervin
The June recipient of the Outstanding Customer Service
Award is Heather Ervin. Heather works in the football office for Men's
Athletics and has administrative duties for Coach Fulmer and Gerry Dickey,
the Asst. AD for Football Operations. She is also responsible for handling
telephone correspondence in the football office and is assigned to work
on special projects as they relate to the program. A Big Orange thank

Suzie
Miller
The May recipient of the
Outstanding Customer Service Award is Suzie Miller. Suzie works in the
Development Office for Men's Athletics and is responsible for reconciling
athletic giving accounts and producing financial reports on a regular
basis. She is also the liaison for the UWA Development Office and Advancement
Services for all donor and fund related issues. A Big Orange thank you
goes out to Suzie Miller for her outstanding customer service. |

Karen
Seal
The April recipient of the Outstanding Customer Service
Award is Karen Seal. Karen has worked at the university for over 15 years
with the last 3 years in the Athletic Ticket Office. Karen works behind
the scenes at the ticket office and can also be seen on football Saturday's
working at the Gate 21 ticket window. She also works at the player/family
pass gate for men's basketball games. A Big Orange thank you goes out
to Karen Seal for her outstanding customer service.

Carley
Sweet
The March recipient of the Outstanding Customer Service
Award is Carley Sweet. Carley is a supervisor for our stadium maintenance
teams. These teams are responsible for the upkeep and well being of our
athletic stadiums on a daily basis. Carley and the teams are also part
of a vital network that make-up the support group on the days when athletic
events take place on campus. A Big Orange thank you goes out to Carley
Sweet for his outstanding customer service.

Linda
Fleming
The February recipient of the Outstanding Customer Service
Award is Linda Fleming. Linda is a secretary for the Football program
and has administrative duties working with the defensive coaches. In addition
to her other duties, Linda is a "front line" person that interacts with
staff, student-athletes, and numerous visitors that visit the football
offices each day. A Big Orange thank you goes out to Linda Fleming for
her outstanding customer service.

Donnell
Field
The January recipient of the Outstanding Customer Service Award is Donnell
Field. Donnell has assisted the Men's Athletics Department in the areas
of graphic design, photography, public relations, and editorial assistance
with VOLUNTEERS Magazine. He has been a part of the support staff for
events and works closely with the Vol Spirit squads. A Big Orange thank
you goes out to Donnell Field for his outstanding customer service.

Chatham
The December recipient of the Outstanding Customer Service Award is Linda
Chatham. Linda works in the Business Office for the Men's Athletic Department
and is responsible for handling a vast majority of purchasing duties,
reconciling procurement card statements, processing all motor pool authorizations,
and transfer vouchers affecting Men's Athletics. A Big Orange thank you
goes out to Linda Chatham for her outstanding customer service.

Duncan
The November recipient of the Outstanding Customer Service Award is Ken
Duncan. Ken works as part of the computer support team for the Men's and
Women's Athletic Departments and plays a vital role in assisting staff
on a day-to-day basis working with computer technology. Ken is also on
of the co-founders of the Volympics. A Big Orange thank you goes out to
Ken Duncan for his outstanding customer service. |

Kathy
Kersting
The October recipient of the Outstanding Customer Service Award is Kathy
Kersting. Kathy works in the Men's Athletics Department as part of the
support team for the Development Office . In addition to her other duties,
Kathy spends a lot of time each day assisting current and prospective
contributors to the VASF with questions they have about athletics tickets
and parking. A Big Orange thank you goes out to Kathy Kersting for her
outstanding customer service.

Gary
Robinette
The September recipient of the Outstanding Customer Service Award is Gary
Robinette. Gary serves as the primary mail carrier for on-campus correspondence
for the Men's Athletics Department and is on call for any special deliveries.
Gary can also be seen working at various home athletic events as one of
the maintenance support staff for the grounds crew. A Big Orange thank
you goes out to Gary Robinette for his outstanding customer service. |
