Isaac Rodriguez joined Tennessee Athletics in October 2021 and currently serves as the associate director of academic services for Olympic sports. In this role, he provides academic support for the track and field and cross country programs as well as the quarterbacks, running backs and tight ends on the football team He also is involved in coordinating and overseeing the Young Professional and VOICE programs.
Prior to Tennessee, Rodriguez served as a senior athletic academic advisor at Florida State University, where he primarily worked with football as well as the indoor volleyball and beach volleyball programs.

Originally from Orlando, Florida, he earned his bachelor’s degree in sport management from South Dakota State University, where he was a football student-athlete. He also completed a master’s degree in sport management from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
Isaac is married to his college sweetheart, Emily, and they have two dogs: Brody and Charlie.
