Jacqueline “Jaci” Carpenter joined Tennessee Athletics in June of 2025 and currently serves as a graduate assistant for student-athlete development. In her role, she serves as a liaison for the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee and leads leadership and personal development initiatives, including Wellness Wednesdays, Unity Games and Rocky Top Royale. She also helps coordinate community outreach efforts such as the Community Holiday Meal as well as Voloween.
Prior to Tennessee, Carpenter was a beach volleyball student-athlete at Florida Gulf Coast University, where she served as both FGCU and ASUN Conference SAAC President and held several other leadership roles. She also worked with the Eagles Club, the primary fundraising arm of FGCU Athletics.
Originally from Dublin, Ohio, she earned her bachelor’s degree in communication from Florida Gulf Coast University and was inducted into the FGCU Hall of Fame. She is currently pursuing her master’s degree in sport management at the University of Tennessee.
In her free time, Jaci enjoys exploring downtown Knoxville and the natural beauty of East Tennessee with her dog, Charlie.
