Javian Belcher

FellowVOL Intern

A native of Bessemer, Alabama, Belcher earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of West Alabama (Livingston, Ala.), where he majored in interdisciplinary studies with a concentration in sports management.

During his time at UWA, Javian built a strong foundation in college athletics through hands-on experience in game-day operations/event management, ticketing, concessions, business operations and administrative support across several sports. He continued his education at Auburn University at Montgomery (Montgomery, Ala.), where he pursued a Master of Business Administration while serving as an athletics administration graduate assistant. In that role, he gained experience in compliance, concessions operations and game day administration.

Javian also assisted with athletics and operations events at Samford University (Birmingham, Ala.) during an internship with the Bulldogs, further growing his passion for college athletics. He is excited for the opportunity to be part of the Big Orange family and looks forward to continuing his career in college athletics at the University of Tennessee.
