Megan Young joined Tennessee Athletics in the spring of 2022 and currently serves as a learning specialist. In her role, Young provides individualized academic support to student-athletes across multiple sports.
Prior to arriving in Knoxville, she worked as an academic counselor and learning specialist at the C.A.T.S. Academic Center at The University of Arizona, where she provided individualized support and strategy instruction to student-athletes across several programs.
Originally from Salt Lake City, Utah, Young earned her bachelor’s degree in health promotion and education from The University of Utah before earning a Master of Education in educational leadership/higher education from Northern Arizona University.
She and her husband, Carter, have a son named McCoy and a puppy named Finn.
