Scotty Bailey joined the Tennessee Athletics staff in August 2023 as Strategic Sourcing Manager. In his role, he oversees daily procurement operations and ensures the implementation of efficient sourcing practices within the Athletics department. He also serves as the primary liaison between Athletics and the University's Procurement office, facilitating seamless communication.
Prior to joining Tennessee Athletics, Scotty honed his procurement expertise as a buyer in the University of Tennessee System's Office of Procurement Services. He also holds a part-time position with The Walt Disney Company.
Scotty is a proud graduate of the University of Tennessee, earning a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management complemented by a minor in Marketing in 2017.
Originally from Salem, Virginia, he now resides in Knoxville with his wife, Mallory, and their two children, Remi and Lennon.
