KNOXVILLE, Tenn. -- Tennessee junior and New Zealand women's national team member Hannah Wilkinson had an exciting week in October when she scored two goals against the top-ranked U.S. Women's National Team.
On Oct. 27, Wilkinson scored in the 54th minute as New Zealand fell to the U.S., 4-1, in an international friendly at Candlestick Park in San Francisco. On Oct. 30, she scored in the 87th minute past a diving Hope Solo to give the Kiwi's a 1-1 tie.
Dani Klupenger sat down with Wilkinson this week to discuss her experience shining in the big spotlight against Team USA and trading jerseys with one of her favorite players, Abby Wambach. Check out the video above!
