FRESHMAN PHENOM
With his win on Sunday against Texas A&M, freshman Shion Itsusaki has extended his win streak to four matches, tying the previous best he set earlier in the year from Jan. 29 to Feb. 27. The native of Osaka, Japan, has compiled a 9-2 singles record, including 4-2 in the SEC. Eight of his nine wins have been accomplished in two sets.
