Betsy McAllister

Betsy McAllister is in her third year as video coordinator for the Lady Vol basketball team. She is responsible for all film breakdown which makes it possible for the Tennessee coaches and players to review games, frame-by-frame, almost immediately after each contest, home or away. McAllister is also responsible for videotaping all potential Big Orange opponents throughout the season for scouting and preparation purposes.
McAllister came to UT from Cleveland, Ohio, via Tallahassee, Fla. In both cities, she carried similar responsibilities, working for the NBA's Cleveland Cavaliers, the WNBA's Cleveland Rockers and the Florida State Seminoles.
A 1997 graduate of Eastern Michigan, McAllister has worked in basketball almost continuously since her graduation. The Vermilion, Ohio, native worked in the CBA for the Florida Beachdogs in West Palm Beach, Fla., as a basketball operations associate. She also worked one season as the assistant coach of women's basketball at NAIA Concordia University in Ann Arbor, Mich.
