October 16, 2025 | Women's Golf
PALO ALTO, Calif. - The No. 23 Tennessee women's golf team heads to the West Coast to round out its fall tournament slate at the Stanford Intercollegiate, set for Oct. 17–19.
The tournament, now in its 60th edition, consists of three rounds—18 holes on Friday, followed by 18 holes each on Saturday and Sunday.
The event is held at Stanford Golf Course which plays at 6,269 yards and is a par 71.
The inaugural Stanford Intercollegiate was held in 1964. It has been played every fall since 1995, following renovations to the Stanford Golf Course. The historic tournament features a stacked field of top-ranked teams. Eight of the past nine winners of the Stanford Intercollegiate have advanced to match play at the NCAA Championship.
Last time out, the Lady Vols captured their first tournament title since 2019, which was the first under head coach Diana Cantú at the Mercedes-Benz Collegiate Championship, winning by a comfortable nine-stroke margin over second place. UT finished with a 13-under total score, thanks to a tournament-best final round of 11-under. Three of the five Lady Vols finished in the top 10.
