- Ran five times during his freshman cross country season and finished the campaign with All-Region honors
- In his first career 10k, placed 24th at the NCAA South Region Championships (11/14) with a time of 30:17.0
- Finished 33rd at the SEC Championships (10/31) with a time of 24:14.4
- Set his season-best 8k time of 24:01.8 at the Gans Creek Classic (9/26), placing 128th overall
- Made his collegiate debut at the Tennessee Invitational (8/29) where he completed the four-mile course in 20:04.3 to finish eighth
HIGH SCHOOL
- Competed for Hurricane (W. Va.) High School and claimed eight individual state titles during his prep career
- Selected as a three-time Gatorade Player of the Year for the state of West Virginia
- Swept back-to-back WVSSAC State Championship titles in the 1,600-meter and 3,200-meter his junior and senior seasons
- Finished second overall at the 2024 Nike Cross Nationals Southeast Regional with a 5k cross country PR of 14:36.32
- Earned All-America status in the indoor 5k with a fourth-place finish at the 2024 Nike Indoor Nationals, turning in a time of 14:14.70
- Placed sixth overall at the 2023 Foot Locker Nationals in San Diego, California
- Three-time WVSSAC State Cross Country Champion who finished first during his sophomore, junior and senior XC seasons
