2026 TRACK & FIELD
Outdoor- Finished first in the 400-meter dash at the East Coast Relays (5/2) with a lifetime-best mark of 51.43 seconds
- Clocked 22.94w (+3.0) in the 200-meter dash at the Tom Jones Memorial (4/17), placing 12th overall
- Part of Tennessee's season-best performances in the 4x100-meter (43.01) and 4x400-meter (3:24.96) relays at the Tom Jones memorial, placing third and fifth respectively at the meet
- Opened her outdoor campaign at the Pepsi Florida Relays (4/4) where she helped the Lady Vols place second in both the 4x100m (43.15) and 4x400m (3:25.69) relays
- Competed at six meets during her second indoor season with the Lady Vols
- Helped UT finish fourth in the 4x400-meter relay at the SEC Championships (2/28) with a time of 3:30.12
- Clocked her season-best 400-meter at the Tyson Invitational (2/14) with a time of 52.86, placing 14th at the meet
- Turned in a personal-best 36.96 over 300 meters at the Clemson Invite (1/10)
- Part of Tennessee's season-best 3:29.31 in the 4x400-meter relay at the Clemson Invite (1/10) that ranked second in school history
- Opened the campaign at the Commodore Winter Challenge (12/6) and finished third in the 300-meter with a time of 37.47
2025 TRACK & FIELD
Outdoor- Saw action at seven meets for her first outdoor season at Tennessee and earned a pair of Second Team All-America honors
- Helped the Lady Vols place 13th and 15th, respectively, in the 4x100-meter and 4x400-meter relays at the NCAA Championships (6/12)
- Qualified for the NCAA East Prelims (5/29-31) in the 200-meter dash where she finished 19th with a time of 23.24
- At the SEC Championships (5/16), finished 19th and 21st respectively in the 200-meter (23.20w) and 400-meter (53.16)
- Won the 200-meter dash at the Big Orange Invite (5/2) with a time of 23.46
- Set her 400-meter PR at the Tom Jones Memorial (4/19), placing 10th at the meet with a time of 51.77
- Clocked at 22.98w (+2.4) for second place in the 200-meter dash at the Tennessee Invite (4/4)
- Opened her outdoor campaign with a win at the USF Alumni Invitational (3/21), placing first with a wind-legal PR of 23.08
- Saw action at six meets during her first indoor campaign with the Lady Vols
- Helped produce a school-record time of 3:27.25 in the 4x400-meter relay to finish fourth in the nation at NCAA Championships (3/14)
- Claimed a bronze medal at the SEC Indoor Championships (3/1) with a time of 3:27.85 in the 4x400-meter relay
- Ran the opening leg on the Lady Vols' school record performance in the 4x400-meter relay at the Tiger Paw Invitational (2/15) as UT turned in a time of 3:27.60 that ranked ninth in NCAA history
- Lowered her indoor 400-meter PR to 52.58 at the Tiger Paw Invitational (2/14), ranking sixth in Lady Vol history
- Clocked in a personal record of 52.69 in the 400-meter at the Razorback Invitational (2/1)
- Logged an indoor 400-meter PR of 53.41 seconds at the Orange & Purple Invite (1/24), placing fourth overall at the meet
- Made her Tennessee debut at the McFerrin 12 Degree Invitational (1/10), setting a personal-best in the 300-meter dash (38.11) and helping the Lady Vol 4x400-meter relay finish first at the meet with a time of 3:32.96 that established an early collegiate lead
PRIOR TO TENNESSEE
- Joined the Lady Vols after three seasons competing for Stanford University, where she attained her undergraduate degree in the summer of 2024
- Two-time All-American for the Cardinal, helping Stanford secure top-16 finishes in the 4x100-meter and 4x400-meter relays at the 2023 NCAA Outdoor Championships
- Finished fifth in the 400-meter final at the 2024 Pac-12 Outdoor Championships with a time of 52.54
- Scored two points for Stanford as a sophomore at the 2023 Pac-12 Outdoor Championships, clocking in at a personal-best 23.37 to place seventh in the conference final
HIGH SCHOOL
- Competed for Mainland High School in Daytona Beach, Florida
- Capped her high school career winning the 2021 FHSAA 3A Outdoor State title in the 200-meter with a time of 23.68
- Also took third in the 100-meter dash at the 2021 outdoor state meet, clocking in at 11.72 in the final
- Swept 2021 FHSAA 3A Region 1 titles in both the 100m (11.69) and 200m (23.46), notching high school PRs in both events
- Competed at the 2020 AAU Junior Olympics games and posted top-8 finishes in the 100m (12.10) and 200m (24.75) as a junior
- Earned FHSAA All-State honors as a sophomore in the 100- and 200-meter dash, placing fourth and third respectively at the 2019 outdoor state meet
