2024 TRACK & FIELD
Outdoor- Competed individually at the Desert Heat Classic (4/27), running times of 11:45 and 23.75 in the 100-meter and 200-meter dashes, respectively
- Helped the Lady Vol 4x100-meter relay team bring home the gold at the Desert Heat Classic (4/27), running a school record and collegiate leading mark of 42.52
- Competed at the Tom Jones Memorial with marks of 5.62 (18-5.25) in the long jump (4/12) and 11.62 in the 100-meter dash (4/13)
- Collected a second place finish in the long jump at the Tennessee Invite (4/6) with a mark of 6.04 (19-9.45), as well as a 3:39.22 finish in the 4x400-meter relay (4/5)
- Helped the Lady Vols set a school record of 42.92 in the 4x100-meter relay at the LSU Battle on the Bayou (3/30), collecting a second place finish and No. 3 performance on the World athletics top list
- Ran a time of 23.83 in the 200-meter dash and set a mark of 5.94 (19-6) in the long jump at the LSU Battle on the Bayou (3/29)
- Helped lead the 4x100-meter relay to a third place finish (44.87) and the 4x400-meter relay to a fourth place finish (3:42.62) at the UCF Black & Gold Invitational (3/16)
- Competed in her first outdoor meet as a Lady Vol at the UCF Black & Gold Invitational (3/16), placing second in the 100-meter dash (11.49) and fourth in the 200-meter dash (22.38)
- Competed at the SEC Indoor Championships (2/24) with a mark of 5.86m
- Set a mark of 5.85m (19-2.5) in the long jump at the Tiger Paw Invitational (2/9)
- Competed at the Bob Pollock Meet (1/26) in the long jump with a mark of 5.84m / 19-2

PRIOR TO TENNESSEE
- Spent the first four years of her collegiate career at the University of Virginia (2019-23) before joining the Lady Vols as a graduate transfer
- Holds UVA all-time records in the indoor long jump (6.46m / 21-2.5) and outdoor 200-meter (23.06)
- Four-time ACC Champion during her time in Charlottesville, including a sweep of indoor and outdoor long jump conference titles in 2021
- Helped the Cavaliers capture the 2023 outdoor conference title in the 4x100-meter relay with a school-record time of 43.71
- Won her first ACC long jump title as freshman with a leap of 6.46m (21-2.5) and was later tabbed the 2020 Indoor ACC Freshman of the Year
- Collected nine ACC medal-winning performances in her four seasons at Virginia — four gold, two silver, three bronze
- Received 17 All-ACC honors (nine first-team, eight second-team) over the course of her UVA career
- Competed at four NCAA Championships and collected five USTFCCCA All-America certificates
- Posted her wind-legal PRs in the outdoor 100m (11.34) and 200m (23.06, UVA record) at the 2022 NCAA East Preliminary Rounds
- Won the 2021 ACC Outdoor Championship title in the long jump with a lifetime-best leap of 6.56m (21-6.25) that set a meet record and ranked No. 2 in UVA history
- Also helped the Cavaliers win two silver medals in the 4x100m relay (32.90) and 4x400m relay (3:32.34) at the 2021 ACC outdoor meet
- Three-time USTFCCCA All-Academic Athlete and four-time member of the ACC Academic Honor Roll
HIGH SCHOOL
- Won the long jump at the 2019 New Balance Outdoor Championships (21-2.75 / 6.47m) and also earned All-America honors in the 100m
- Claimed three titles at the 2019 DMV Meet Of The Elite in the 100m (11.76), 200m (24.00) and long jump (19-10.5 / 6.06m)
- Finished third in the long jump at the 2019 New Balance Indoor Nationals with a leap of 20-5 (6.22m)
- Named a 2018 All-American in the outdoor 200m and indoor long jump during her junior season
- Holds the McDonogh School record in the 100m, 200m and long jump
- Named the Baltimore Sun All-Metro Girls Outdoor Track and Field Performer of the Year
- 2018 Interscholastic Athletic Association of Maryland (IAAM) indoor champion in the 55m, 300m and long jump
