Tennessee hosts the SEC Swimming & Diving Championships and softball season begins
Swimming & Diving
SMALL, BANIC EARN GOLD ON DAY 2 OF SECS -- Tennessee freshman Meghan Small captured gold in the 200-yard individual medley and sophomore Madeline Banic followed suit in the 50 freestyle Wednesday at the SEC Swimming and Diving Championships at Allan Jones Intercollegiate Aquatic Center.

COLEMAN NAMED SEC CO-RUNNER OF THE WEEK -- Tennessee junior Christian Coleman was named SEC Co-Runner of the Week for the third time this season the conference office announced Tuesday.
Softball
VOLS BLAST THREE HOMERS TO POWER PAST SPARTANS -- No. 15/15 Tennessee powered its way to a 13-1 victory over UNC Greensboro on Sunday to finish the Eagle Round Robin with a perfect 5-0 record. The Volunteers scored in all five innings to earn their third run-rule victory this year.

VOLS ANNOUNCE 2017 SPRING PRACTICE DATES -- The University of Tennessee football program will open spring football practice on March 21 and will conclude its spring with the annual DISH Orange & White Game on April 22 at 4 p.m. at Neyland Stadium.
