- Opened his sophomore track season at the Vanderbilt Invitational (1/16) and set a PR of 2:24.59 in the 1,000-meter, ranking fifth in school history
2025 CROSS COUNTRY
- Competed five times during the 2025 cross country season as a redshirt freshman
- Turned in a time of 33:17.1 in the 10k at the NCAA South Region Championships (11/14)
- Placed 75th at the SEC Championships (10/31) with a time of 25:14.7 over the 8k course at Cherokee Farms
- Logged an 8k personal best of 25:10.4 at the Pre-National Invitational (10/17), placing 146th overall
- Made his Vol cross country debut and finished 10th at the Tennessee XC Invitational (8/29) with a time of 20:11.41 over the 4-mile course
2025Â TRACK & FIELD
Outdoor- Saw action in four meets during his debut outdoor season with the Vols and finished the year as UT's freshman record holder in the 1,500-meter
- Competed in the men's 1,500-meter at the SEC Outdoor Championships (5/16) and placed 18th with a time of 3:51.84
- Established Tennessee's all-time freshman record in the 1,500-meter at the Outdoor Music City Challenge (5/3), placing third at the meet with a time of 3:41.73
- Finished the men's 1,500m with a time 3:43.53 at the Bryan Clay Invitational (4/16)
- Was the Vols' top finisher in the 1,500-meter at the Raleigh Relays (3/27) with a time of 3:43.74, placing 28th
- Competed at four meets during his first collegiate indoor season and set Tennessee freshman records in the mile and 1,000-meter
- Helped UT score three points in the DMR at the SEC Indoor Championships (2/28), running the leadoff 1,200-meter leg as UT finished sixth in 9:37.71
- Shattered his own UT freshman mile record at the BU David Hemery Valentine Invitational (2/14) with a time of 4:01.38
- Claimed his second Tennessee freshman record of the year in the mile with a time of 4:03.82 at the Razorback Invitational (2/1)Â
- In his debut at the McFerrin 12 Degree Invitational (1/10), claimed UT's freshman record for the indoor 1k with a time of 2:26.15
HIGH SCHOOL & PERSONAL
- Mid-distance All-American and four-time state champion standout for Benton High School in Benton, Illinois
- Earned All-America status with a fourth-place finish at the 2024 New Balance Indoor Nationals, running a PR of 4:07.25 that ranked 13th nationally during the 2023-34 indoor season
- Wrapped his high school career winning back-to-back IHSA state titles in the 1,600-meter during his junior and senior seasons
- Won two-straight individual IHSA state championships in cross country as a junior and senior
- Set a high school PR of 1:52.99 in the 800-meter at the Chuck Oyler Invitational in April 2024
- Totaled eight IHSA All-State honors during his high school career
